Tiffany uses strategies like calendar blocking to help her stay focused and reduce overwhelm. She recommends only focusing on 1-3 tasks a day and encourages entrepreneurs to designate specific days for types of projects (e.g., client day, creative day, etc.). She also has rest built-in to her daily workflow.
HOW DID YOU GET OFF THE BURNOUT TRAIN?
After getting honest with herself and acknowledging her capacity, Tiffany let go of some clients and started saying “no” to incoming referrals. She narrowed her offerings and raised her rates, which not only now provides her the financial power she needs to run her business and live a full life but also creates space for her to provide quality service to her current clients.
HOW DID YOU GET TO THIS PLACE WHERE YOU’RE ABLE TO SLOW DOWN AND SET BOUNDARIES?
Tiffany says working on mindset is essential for any entrepreneur who is trying to optimize their business. She realized she couldn’t become the version of herself that she is now before working through her own limiting beliefs about what she had to offer the industry. She strongly believes that when we haven’t worked through these beliefs, we ultimately risk self-sabotage, whether it’s in the form of procrastination or simply taking on too much.
WHAT TIPS DO YOU HAVE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SCARED TO SHOW UP AND RAISE THEIR PRICES?
Tiffany encourages entrepreneurs to first focus on self-development before making big adjustments because she realized raising prices went hand-in-hand with her showing up for herself. She cites hypnotherapy, meditation, exercise, and personality assessments (like the Kolbe A Index) as powerful tools for managing her energy. She also realized that in order to support more people, she simply needed financial capital, and that it wasn’t inherently greedy to raise her rates (a fear many entrepreneurs experience).

HOW DO YOU ATTRACT NEW CUSTOMERS?
Tiffany doesn’t run ads. Instead, she believes in a more organic “permission-based selling” where the offer is made directly to clients with no pressure or guilting. She doesn’t practice cold outreach unless she’s looking to partner or collaborate with a fellow entrepreneur or brand.
YOU JUST HIRED YOUR OWN COACH. HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE SUPPORTED IN THAT WAY?
While she admits it was very scary to begin investing in her own coaching, Tiffany has found that being on the other side of the business has been really insightful. More importantly, it’s brought her tremendous relief in her business practice. She advises entrepreneurs to ensure a program or coach is specialized in what they specifically want to do before making the investment.

Don’t be afraid to do less! Tiffany recommends that entrepreneurs narrow down services, recognize their energetic limits, and take inventory of what they’re loving in their life versus what they’re feeling resistance around.

Tiffany has time specifically blocked off each day for morning rituals, and doesn’t give attention to other people or things until she has tended to her own needs. She also recommends the Pomodoro technique for time management once the workday begins.
