APPLICATION PROCESS 

Girl Gang Craft Summer Market is a juried show. Upon applying you must pay an application fee. App fees are $25 for each show and are in addition to the booth fee. Booth fee is not required when you apply. (yes! this is different than past years!)

Applications close May 23 at midnight. Acceptance, waitlist, and non-acceptance emails will be sent out by May 26. 

There is one scholarship booth available. This spot is given based on merit and need. If you are applying for the scholarship booth please say so in the application. The app fee is still required.

Upon acceptance, you will be directed to pay an additional booth fee to reserve your spot. You have 5 days from your acceptance letter to pay, otherwise you will lose your spot in our show. After you have paid for your booth, you have another 5 days to cancel your involvement for a full refund of your booth fee (this does not include your app fee). After that 5 day mark, all booth fees are non-refundable for any reason, unless of course the event is CANCELED.

If not accepted or waitlisted to the show, your application fee is non-refundable. (This pays for our time to review applications).

When jurying brands, we are looking for:

-clear brand identity

-cohesiveness between products

-crisp product photos

-fantastic craft(wo)manship

-original design

-cultural sensitivity

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY FOOD VENDORS AT THIS TIME FOR COVID REASONS. WE WILL NOT HAVE FOOD OR DRINK AT THE EVENT.

ALL VENDORS: You must obtain a seller’s permit to sell at this event. You can register your business at https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/. Under “Register a new business activity or location” please include the GGC event and the location of the Scottish Rite. Please print out a copy of your permit or have your permit number on hand at the event.

 

COVID INFO:

 

-GGC will be regulating attendees in the space 

-All attendees + participants are expected to wear a mask at all times. 

-Booths are spaced out at least 6 feet 

-Aisles are wide

-Hand Sanitizing stations will be at the event 

EVENT DETAILS

June 12th, 11am-5pm at the Scottish Rite PARKING LOT OUTSIDE.

We will be able to host about 60 booths.

(keep in mind we are not offering parking as the event will be in the parking lot)

 

BOOTH SIZE 

We will only be hosting 10x10 booths.

BOOTH INFO 

Application fees are $25 for each show and are in addition to the booth fee.

A 10x 10 booth fee is $175 

You can share a booth, but you must both apply. Aka you both must pay an app fee.

Each half booth is $100. You must both be accepted to participate. Please keep in mind you might not be “socially distanced” from your booth partner.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING 

For this event you are required to bring:

  • 10 x 10 tent

  • Weights for the tent

  • Anything else you need for your space 

Your booth fee pays for just the space. You are required to bring your full booth set-up. GGC does not provide tables and chairs or tents.
