The show is June 22, 12-6 at The Scottish Rite Center in Oakland (by the lake across from Lake Chalet). This whole show is INDOORS. Single Booth Spaces are 6x4’ and Double are approx. 8x6’.
This is a juried event. You will be notified of our decisions through email by April 15.
Single Booth - $150
Double Booth - $285
Booth fees include a $15 application fee.
If you are not accepted, you will receive a refund of the booth fee MINUS the $15 the app fee back to the original payment method 5-7 business days after notification.
There is one scholarship booth available for a single booth, this is based on merit and need. If you are applying for the scholarship booth please say so in the application. We still need $150 upfront, but if you are awarded the scholarship booth you will receive the booth fee back.
Food vendors: if you are a packaged food vendor, or handing out any food samples, you will need to fill out an extra form upon acceptance and pay an extra fee (approx $150) to the Food + Safety Board of Alameda County.
Food Trucks: If you are a food truck and interested in joining us for this event, please send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
ALL VENDORS: You must obtain a seller’s permit to sell at this event. (California is cracking down ya’ll, Renegade Craft is also requiring this). You can register your business at https://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/. Under “Register a new business activity or location” please include the GGC event and the location of the Scottish Rite. Please print out a copy of your permit or have your permit number on hand at the event.
*There are 45 parking passes available. Street parking is limited on the day of the event. Reserve your parking pass now when you pay for your booth to assure your parking space.

After April 20 there are no refunds given under any circumstances.
